Necklace of 45 cm made up of cut White Agates and 2 olives of Citrine.
The name of Agate comes from a river of Sicily, the achates.
The Agate is a ribboned and sometimes crossed Chalcedony opal.
The Agates are in nodules or géodes whose size varies between a few millimetres and several meters of circumference. Hardness on the MOHS scale of hardness: 6.5-7. Density: 2.6-2.65.
